Tips on reporting a problem

Before submitting a bug PLEASE read these useful tips to help provide us with information that will assist us in understanding exactly what you are experiencing.

Be specific:

  • Tell us what your were trying to do.
  • Give us a detailed description of the steps you took that will help us recreate the issue you are having
  • Sending a message that simply says ‘it doesn’t work’ does not indicate what the problem is - please tell us what is not working along with details to help us determine where the problem may be.
  • What browser are you using - for example Internet Explorer, Firefox, - and the version which can be found in the help tab ( be advised we only support the latest versions of IE, Chrome and Firefox)
  • IMPORTANT: we will only reply if we find it necessary to obtain more information for bug reports.
