Event Ticket Sales
The total price of a ticket consists of the price of the ticket, a processing service fee and a sales tax if applicable. The ticket price and sales tax is what you decide.
What we charge you
The processing service fee is our fee that is part of every ticket price that attendees pay. The fee is the charge listed above in the Events Basic and Events Plus packages, that we charge you, the organizer of the event, per ticket sold regardless if you refund the attendee. The processing fee is non-refundable to the attendee.
Attendees when registering for your event will see all the ticket pricing including, the tax and the processing fee. They will pay you for the ticket(s).
How we charge you
Once your account reaches a threshold of $25 or more in processing service fee charges, in the currency you choose, we will bill your credit card automatically or bill you for any processing fee charges that have been incurred on the monthly billing cycle of your service subscription date, whichever comes first.
Based on your payment history, we may increase your thresholds to higher amounts
Free Events
There are no processing fees charged if your Event is Free.
